CS HYDRO-EXTRACTORS 
  
This extremely versatile and straightforward machine represents an optimal combination as far as quality, usage and price are concerned. CS is a hydro-extractor without basket.
Inside the hydroextractor model CS it is possible to place the loose stock basket compatible with the TNT system for the high-density dying of loose fibres.
The operating function of loading and unloading of the material is performed outside the hydro-extractor using mobile containers which eliminate dead times, leading to a productivity increase.
 
 
STABILITY AND LOW MAINTENANCE
one fundamental characteristic for a hydro-extractor is its stability and resistance to oscillating vibrations.
All POZZI machines are characterized by a  particularly low centre of gravity and by a specific geometry of suspension which guarantees an extraordinary ebalance and a long lasting life. The configuration which has been adopted for the system of lubrication of the machine ensures straightforward usage and the bare minimum maintenance.

 CES HYDRO-EXTRACTORS

Inside the model CS hydro-extractor  it is possible to place the loose stock plates compatible with the low-density system for dyeing / bleaching .
Characteristics are similar to the CS model with the addition of the fixed basket and the removable cover for plate transportation.
 
GYROSPIN CES
 
The CES hydro-extractor can be also equipped with Gyrospin: a system of self-balancing , with the ability to equilibrate the unbalanced loads dynamically.
This sophisticated piece of equipment is able to balance automatically eventual imbalances that could appear in the rotating load (see the relevant Technology page).
