CES-FLOCK Hydro-Extractors
The CES model of hydro-extractor can be provided in the Flock version, perfectly adapted to the solid-liquid separation in extra-short fiber dyeing systems .
In this version, the filter element, consisting of a textile bag with open bottom, is mounted within the basket through a series of interlocking rings that, upon closing of the lid, are fixed to the basket itself.
The feeding of the material, together with the dye bath, takes place through a special top introduction opening during the loading cycle, which is carried out at low speed.
After the loading operation of the material, the machine is brought to high speed to obtain the complete hydro-extraction of the material.
The filter bag can be then removed from the machine using the appropriate hooks on the transporting rings; emptying of the same is facilitated by the opening of the bottom of the bag. The material is directly transferred to the dryer cart.
In addition to the predisposition for the filter bag and the special loading system, the machine is provided with increased discharge ports to facilitate the quick expulsion of a large amount of the bath, resulting, in this way, much faster in the performance of its functions.
The control of the complete loading cycle at low speed, the centrifugation and the braking is completely managed by the PLC which also keeps under control the vibrations of the machine, interacting with speed adjustments so as to decrease imbalances that may be present.
